Pay per call trick – switchpitching
Hi
I am very exited to talk to you about using SwitchPitching as a pay per call advertising method. A SwitchPitch is basically a pitch to get someone to take an action just at the moment they were about to take another action.
Ok that sounds kind of boring.
So, what’s cool about this?
Say someone calls free411 to get the phone number of a local Pizza Hut in Columbus, Ohio. Right before they get this number they hear this advertising:
“Why eat at Pizza Hut? Come to Mamma Pizza for the authentic Italian Cuisine, just opened. Press 2 for directions and reservations now”
They have just been SwitchPitched. Great thing about this is that every small business owner can grab a piece of the action and brand recognition these large companies have.
It’s also a great way to find customers in a new market. Say you have a refinance company. Now get a bit creative here, who would need their house refinanced or for example need a bigger car?
That’s right, new parents.
But how to find them? I think you already know the answer by now. Using a SwitchPitch to find people looking for baby clothes, a nursery, etc.
Something like “Is your house getting to small for your family? Get a free Refinance Check valueded at $250″
Conclusion: be creative in spotting potential customers to make the most out of advertising on Free411.
